Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
UK Delivery
We ship UK orders using Evri, Royal Mail & DPD.
- Standard UK delivery: £3.95 (mainland UK)
- Delivery timeframes are typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Tracking information will be provided where available
International Delivery
We also ship internationally. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Delivery Issues

Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@frostfiregaming.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
